Our products are mainly three things:
First we make our own homestyle bread. This means we don't buy frozen loafs and stuff 'em in the oven to finish bake them.
No, we make it from scratch.
Then we have the Dutch imports, from gingerbread to honeycake, from "speculaas" to "stroopwafels". But also some Indonesian products, because Indonesia used to be a Dutch colony. And besides the normal healthy stuff, we ofcourse cary the Dutch licorice.
We also sell Gouda cheese, coming from Gorts Gouda, Salmon Arm.
We use that in our sandwiches together with the meat from the Dutch Windmill in Salmon Arm. Or you can buy a chunk a' cheese, your choice of mild, medium or a spiced version.
